Marketing Manager

The search and recruitment firm, Yes Human Resources, Inc. is looking for, Marketing Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and drive marketing strategies and activities to increase growth of brand equity.
  • Monitor, evaluate and improve existing marketing activities and campaign and recommend improvement.
  • Conceptualize and develop brochures or other marketing collaterals in support of sales and corporate activities.
  • Devise and implement product launch strategies and programs.
  • Maintain branding guidelines in local and regional market.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with the media, partners, vendors and relevant authorities.
  • Work closely with sales & operations teams.
  • Provide day to day leadership to coach and motivate the team to maximize their potential.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
  • Highly motivated, quality- driven, customers and results oriented.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communications skills.
  • Knowledge of medical device industry will be an advantage.
