Reception Administrator

The search and recruitment firm, JAPAN Maruko International Corp. is looking for, Reception Administrators.


  • Provide customer service and administrative support & assistance for the Company.
  • Attend to walk-in and/or call-in customers’ enquiries, reservations, feedback.
  • Data entry of new / existing customers’ information into system, maintaining & updating of customers’ data.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
  • At least 1 year experience in General Administrative Duties / Customer Service Line or related position exposure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service oriented.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant looking is a must.
  • 32 years old below.
  • Female Only.
  • 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
