The search and recruitment firm, JAPAN Maruko International Corp. is looking for, Reception Administrators.
- Provide customer service and administrative support & assistance for the Company.
- Attend to walk-in and/or call-in customers’ enquiries, reservations, feedback.
- Data entry of new / existing customers’ information into system, maintaining & updating of customers’ data.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
- At least 1 year experience in General Administrative Duties / Customer Service Line or related position exposure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service oriented.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant looking is a must.
- 32 years old below.
